When we were younger, Hubby and I really didn’t pay much attention to what we ate. We also didn’t really worry about things like exercise (oh to have that metabolism again). As we’ve gotten older, those things have become very important. Especially having children that look to us as role models.
We have been trying to make a better effort to be more conscious of the foods we eat. So, I’m always on the lookout for new fabulous tasting recipes that are still “Heart Healthy”. Here are five of my favorite recipes that are “American Heart Association Certified Recipes”.
Campbell’s Soup wants you to “Address Your Heart” with tips for eating healthy, recipes and more! Simply visit AddressYourHeart.com to get heart-healthy tips and a total of 21 Campbell’s recipes that are certified by the AHA as well as some really great product coupons!
