There are just so many things I love about fall. I love the cooler weather, the leaves changing colors, caramel apples, pumpkin everything, and I could just go on.
What I absolutely love are the scents that come along with the season, and Febreze has captured them wonderfully in their Fall Home Harvest Collection. Now, we can all have those amazing autumn scents whenever we like.
The scents available in the Febreze Fall Home Harvest Collection are Toasted Almond, Vanilla Latte, Sugared Cranberry, Spiced Pear and Autumn Harvest. Simply hearing the names of the scents made me want to run right out and try every single one. So, that’s what I did! My kit came with three of the five scents so I ran to Walmart and picked up the other two. I truly love them all, but if I had to pick a favorite, I’d have to say Spiced Pear, with Sugared Cranberry at a very close second.
I have two Febreze Noticeables warmers, with Autumn Harvest in the living room, and Vanilla Latte in my bedroom. I also have the Toasted Almond scent vent clip giving my car a little burst of autumn. As for my two favorite scents, Spiced Pear and Sugared Cranberry, I have them in spray form so I can enjoy them whenever and wherever I wish.
The Febreze kit I received came in the form of a very cute barn. My kiddos keep asking me when I’ll be done with it so they can have it to play with. It is pretty cool! It even comes with little paper cutouts to turn the whole thing into a cute autumn decor piece.
Also included in the kit was a scentspiration box filled with various activities, recipes, and home decor ideas inspired by the limited-edition Fall scents.
There were so many fun things to try, but being the coffee lover that I am, I just had to try the Iced Coffee Float. I mean, ice cream and coffee together, what more could a girl ask for?
If you would like to make one yourself, here is the recipe courtesy of Febreze…
Iced Coffee Float
|Iced Coffee Float|| || |
- 8 ounces of coffee
- vanilla ice cream
- Brew coffee as you normally would.
- Place an 8 oz. cup of coffee into the freezer to cool for about 10 minutes. You don't want it to be hot, so somewhere in between warm and cold is perfect.
- Take your favorite glass, and scoop two heaping scoops of ice cream. You can try it using your favorite ice cream flavor, too.
- Pour your coffee over the ice cream and enjoy!
