Mini Apple Tarts
  • ½ cup of water
  • 14 cup of sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 apples diced
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Whisk the water, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and flour in a pot over medium heat. Add the apples and stir until the liquid starts to boil and thicken.
  2. Set the heat to low and cook, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes until the apples soften.
  3. Press the wonton wrappers into a greased mini-muffin pan. You can sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if you like sweeter tarts.
  4. Scoop the apple mixture into the wontons and bake for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
