Hair Food Moisture Hair Mask

Clairol’s Hair Food Moisture Hair Mask helps provide rich moisture protection from everyday styling for smooth, manageable hair.

The directions say to apply it to clean, damp hair, then comb through and to rinse thoroughly.  Since it’s supposed to be rinsed out, I just use it in the shower to make it easier.  I wash my hair as usual, then squeeze as much water out of my hair as possible.  I apply the product and comb through.  Then, I just rinse it out right there in the shower.

The Moisture Hair Mask leaves my hair smoother, softer, and even adds quite a bit of shine.  It’s also infused with honey apricot fragrance, so it smells great too!

Swiss Miss Simply Cocoa

There’s nothing like a good cup of hot cocoa to warm up with during these chilly, breezy days.  We’ve always been fans of Swiss Miss.  Usually, I mix water in with my cocoa mixes, but this particular cocoa actually says on the package that it must be made with hot milk.

I emptied the cocoa into my favorite mug, added hot milk, stirred well, sat back and enjoyed one delicious cup of hot chocolatey goodness.  The only thing that could have make it better is marshmallows.  Otherwise, it was perfect!

Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer

I have recently gone from being a stay at home mom to starting and running my own cleaning business.  All that additional cleaning, and as a result, extra hand washing, has really taken a toll on my hands.

My poor hands have been super dry, so Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer is something that I have very much needed lately.

It says that it helps heal extra dry skin in general, but it also specifically says on the bottle that it is perfect for hands.  It has definitely helped with mine.  Before I started using it, my knuckles were actually to the point of cracking and even bleeding slightly.  Now, they feel soft and smooth.

Resource Spring Water

Resource is a 100% Natural Spring water from carefully selected sources.  It has naturally occurring electrolytes.

Pretty much all I drink on most days is water.  Resource Spring Water is really refreshing and I just love the taste.

Puffs SoftPack

It never fails, any time I buy a pretty box of tissues it ends up getting dented or crushed by the kiddos in no time.  Fortunately, Puffs now has a soft pack design that holds up much better than an ordinary tissue box.

When G was sick recently, she had fallen asleep and rolled over onto the tissues, but because it was a SoftPack, it didn’t phase her at all.  I just let her sleep.  There was no need to disturb her just to move the tissues.

The Puffs SoftPack is perfect for anywhere in the house, in the car (fits great in my car’s center console), and because of the soft packaging, it’s easy to stuff them into any type of bag – a purse, an overnight bag, backpack, diaper bag, you name it.  So convenient!  Plus, the designs they have are super cute!

Moisture Renew Lipstick & Moisture Renew Lip Liner

Ok, to be totally honest, I simply don’t wear lipstick or lip liner.  I did try out the Moisture Renew Lipstick and Lip Liner though.  The lipstick is actually a very pretty color called Berry Rose.  I didn’t take any pics of me wearing it because I’ve been plagued by cold sores recently, and no one wants to see that.  You’ll just have to trust me when I say it looks very pretty on.

The lip liner seems a bit odd to me, but again, I’m certainly no expert in this area as I normally don’t even wear any.  It’s “Universal Transparent Lip Liner”.  So, I put it on and I saw…..nothing, lol.  Since my experience with lip liner in general is so limited, I turned to Google and found a great article that explains some of the benefits of using transparent lip liner.

Scandaleyes Rockin’ Curves Mascara

The mascara works great.  The brush is a different shape than what I’m used to.  On the package it says it’s called the broken heart brush.  The broken heart-shaped brush curves to the lash line.  The thin brush tip grabs hard to reach lashes and the amplified base creates dramatic volume and curves.  It looks good on, and it doesn’t clump which is always awesome.
